During the development process of Furbo, many dogs of different sizes, breeds, and personalities tested out the sturdiness of Furbo. That’s why you will find a fixed 3M doubled-sided tape on the bottom of your Furbo, to prevent it from being knocked over. We recommend placing Furbo 12-20 inches above the floor (or based on the height of your dog and its mobility).

I have been through the ringer with customer service. They didn’t cancel
My order in time, even though it was 5 mins after I placed it. They shipped it out, I have shipped it back. But now, they have charged me for a nanny cam subscription that I did not sign up for. They owe me 400 dollars in total. I can’t get through to anyone and I am beyond frustrated. Maybe Furbo is great! But my experience is they are actual thieves. I have the emails, the chat logs and the bank statements to back this up. Think twice before buying.
